Finnigan acted as chairman, and discharged his duties with nia usual ability. All expressed regret that the post office should have been closed, as bad the settlers known of the matter another office would have been opened m time to receive the mail instead of people having to ride to Aria for it. A tetter from the Chief Postmaster was read at the meeting asking for a guarantee of good faith before an office could be opened in future.
