KAWHIA SOUTH RAILWAY LEAGUE.
A meeting of settlers of Te Anga, Marokopa and Kinohaku was held at the Government whare, Te Anga, on the 13th inst., to discuss the adivsabjlity of forming a Railway League in the district. Mr V- Ratanui addressed the meeting at some length, pointing out the advantages of a League. As a result a strong committee was formed in the room to further the movement and collect information, etc., to be placed before a meeting to be held on April 3rd.
