CORRESPONDENCE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir.- In view of the fact that summer with its accompaniment- -dust----has come, business peouie m the mam street are subjected to eensu-eraole inconvenience. The v, ind hi the to aecounte 1 for the clouds of dust that tor want of a better haven of rest, settled peacefully alike on drz-pi:ry. meat, and office table. Latterly, however, the dust nuisance has been rendered unbearable by the metal waggons that almost hourly traverse the mam street. Personally, I and hundreds of others are glad to know that these waggons are carrying metal to tec Awakino Road, which sadly needs it. But, Sir. would it not be better if thc_ drivers came via Taupiri Street from the metal depot, and returned by the same route? So far, Taupiri Street is not a business street as compared with Rem StreetHoping the broad minded teamsters will take kindly to this suggestion, I am, etc., UNCOMFORTABLE. Te Kuiti, Nov. 30th, IPOS.
