The members of the Te Kuiti Bowling Club have lost no time getting to work on the piece of ground the Club is purchasing from the County Council. Already the scrub has been cleared and a start made to place the ground in order. It is anticpated that the bowlers will be able to enjoy a few games on the green before the end of the season. The site is an excellent one for the purpose and the green will undoubtedly prove an attraction to the town.
