From particulars to hand it appears that Bredenbeck had a contract to fell n bush for Mr. Hickman, and while at work on Tuesday the accident occurred. The unfortunate man was well-known and highly respected in the district, where he had taken a section of his own. He was an experienced bushman and it was his intention, when the present season was over to confine his efforts to his own place.
