The sitting of ihe Maniapoto - Tuwharetoa Maori Land Board, which was fixed for Thursday, has been postponed in consequence of the sudden death of the President's daughter. Mr Browne was on the train for Te Kuiti when news of the occurrence reached him at Frankton Junction, and he returned immediately to Auckland.
