WAIKATO WINTER SHOW.
The Waikalo Winter Show, which opens on Wednesday no*l, 3rd. July, at Hamilton, and closes on Saturday nighl, promises to be a great success. The large number of entries being more than double (hose received by the recent Auckland Show of a similar character, and (he keen inlcicst evinced by manufacturers and tradesmen in the matter of exhibiting machinery and wares has assured the miccess of the undertaking. .As (he whole of the floor space available in the large bazaar is found to In in sufficient to accommodate (he demand for space, a large marquee (some 74 ft. across) has had to be procured to supplcmcnl the present large building. Every sedler in I Ik; district should make il his business (o attend, as il will afford a splendid opportunity to see what the Waikalo districts are capable of producing: This will be the largest Show ever held in the Waikalo under cover. From an educational and social point of view it will rank amongst the best of New Zealand Winter Shows. Free leclures will be given by Government experts on subjects perlaining to Agriculture, Slock and 1 lorlicultuiv. After the first day, school children iq the charge of teachers will lie admitted fw\\ and in this regard leaeheis should ad vise the Secretary, 11 ami I ion, on which of the three days tiny will attend with scholars. Entrance tickets will be Is each, or member:,' tickets at 5s each, which admil (wo persons (Ihe member ami a l;idy) i>\\ all the days Ihe Show Is open. These members' tickets may be obtained from any member of the Show Committee. Cheap fares to Hamilton will be obtainable on the railway, as will be seen by advertisement in another column.
