WAIKATO WINTER SHOW.

In our advertising columns : will be found an advertisement from the Waikato Winter Show Association, Hamilton, announcing that a Winter Show and Poultry Exhibition will be held in that town on July 3rd, 4th, sth and 6th. The schedule is very complete and provides classes for agricultural products, dairy butter and cheese, poultry, home industries, etc., besides which there will be exhibits of machinery of all kinds, including milking" machines and daiiy appliances, numerous side 'showsj' and" a host of other attractions. The. Show will be held in the New Horse B~z\et, which is now in course of erection just behind the Hamilton Railway Station, and which encloses acre of ground. It is considered, however, that this will not be large enough, and srrangem'e'nts arc- being made for the use of n Isrgc. nirrquee also. The Department of AgricuUurc is. making a display of roots, sevds, grasses, poultry, etc., ;;nd the Waikato Court, from the Christen urch Exhibition, will also be reproduced. All entries close on Monday, Tune 17th, and schedule ;are avdbble on application to the Secretary (Mr R. B. Restell), and a copy may be seen at the Cperonicle Office, Te Kuiti. Excursion fares and special train arrangements are under consideration.
