TE KUITI DAIRY COMPANY.
The annual general meeting of the Te Kuiti Dairy Company was held in Mr E. Kerr's commercial room on Saturday last. There were ten suppliers present, and the Chairman (Mr J. Ormsby) presided. The minutes of the preceedingi meeting were read by the secretary (Mr J. Tammadge) and confirmed. The officers for the ensuing year were elected, the only change being that Mr Knauff was elected to the directorate in place ot Mr Aston, who has left the district. Mr Ormsby was re-elected chairman and Mr Tammadge, secretary. Messrs Franklin Darrowj were re-appointed audipany active, though the future operations could not ibe definitely decided upon, pending a settlement of the litigation between the Factory proprietors and a supplier. The work of clearing section 16, which the Company holds on lease, was authorised, and the secretary was empowered to let a contract for the work.
