Nomination lOs, acceptance ss. 5. Settlers' Handicap of ssovs., 20s from stake for second horse; I mile. All horse's to be the bona fide property of a settler within a radius of 10 miles of Ohura P. 0., and in the district three months prior to meeting; gst minimum. Nomination ss, acceptance 2s 6d. 6. Conditions: Nominations close with the Secretary at Ohura P.O. on Feb. 22nd at 8 p.m. Acceptances close on March Bth. Weights will appear in the Chronicle on Feb. 28th. All nominations, to be accompanied with fees, age, pedigree, colours of jockey and last two years' performances, if none the last three performances. Ponies will be measured on Toe Toe Bridge at 10 a.m. on morning of races. First race at II a.m. sharp. Stewards decision in all cases to be final. All prizes paid at 9 p.m. on night of races. Five per cent, deducted from all winners All protests to be lodged within 10 minutes after race accompanied with los, which will be forfeited if protest be deemed frivolous.
