Several farms in the district have changed hands recently, among them being, Mr Berriman's property, at Waitomo, and Mr Colville's section at Otorohanga. Mr Colville still retains his property at Waitomo. The Congregational Union has decided to establish a new Mission in the King Country, with Te Kuiti as its headquarters. The Rev. R. Mitchell has been appointed to the charge of the new mission, and his place at Kawhia will be filled by the Rev. C. E. Davidson, late of Maungaturoto. ,
