PIRONGIA RACES.
The Alexandra Racing Club holds its annual meeting at Pirongia on Boxing Day, and the gathering promises to be quite up to the standard of previous years. Pirongia has always been noted for providing an excellent day's sport, with a good evening's entertainment to follow. This year, the only thing necessary to assure success is a line day. The course is in good order, and the nomination received for the meeting constitute a record for the club. The following are the weights declared by Mr Wm. Seranckc, handicapper.
