John Norton.
A GRAVE ALLEGATION. Sydney, Oct. 3. Startling statements were made during the hearing of the libel action, John Norton against Haynes. A witness named Morris, formerly employed by Norton, stated that in November, 1902, be was present at Norton's house, where Norton and a man named Grohn were drinking. During an argument. Norton hit Grohn over the head with a bottle. Grohn died th« next morning.
