Washington, Feb 22 President Roosevelt has signed Bill introduced by Senator Elkins to make anti-trust laws applicable to railroads. House of Representative adopted Bdl providing fo;- construction of 3 battleships, a cruiser, and 3 training ships, also for-* doubling the number of cadets at Annapolis, adding 3000 men to the navy and 550 to marine corps.
