During the evening prizes will be given for the best piano playing, bis. essay on “An account of a Holiday,” best recitation, and best map or Africa, from memory, by children under 15 years, also best conumdrum of local character. Rules. 1 Ail exhibits to be bona fide work of > exhibitor. 2 All exhibitors to pay entry fee for each exhibit: adults 6d, children 3d. 3 No prize will be awarded in any of i the above classes unless there are at least 1 4 entries, but certificates of merit will be given in every case. 4 All exhibits to be at the Hall by 11 , o'clock on morning of Exhibition. i 5 All exhibits will afterwards be for ' sale unless specially marked to the contrary by exhibitor. 6 For cut flowers exhibitors must provide their own boxes or glasses. Extra exhibits and any objects of general interest are invited, for which special prizes may be awarded. Cut this out and keep for future reference.
