ST PETERSBURG, Nov 7

Four regiments will guard portionss of route takenby funeral train in case of attempted outrage by Nihilists. Prince of Wales and whole Russian Court will travel by train. ST PETERSBURG, Nov 8 Czar Nicholas sanctioned raising national subscription for purpose of erecting monument to memory of his father. Seventy six foreign princes, including Duke ef York and King Alexander of Servia, will attend Czar’s funeral. Body has arrived at Sebastopol from Livadia. Arranged that 25,000 of poor in the city be entertained at banquet in connection with death of Czar. Shah of Persia is sending silver wreath to be placed on Czar's coffin. Body of Czar is clad in uniform of oldest regiment, and is covered with purple mantle. Journey to this city will occupy eight days, body lying in state at various cities en route. All other trains will be stopped.
