Addington Market.

CHRISTCHURCH, July 12 Messrs Pyne & Co report on Wednesday’s market as follows: At Addington yesterday there was a full entry, including several lines of prime quality which were eagerly competed for. Best crossbreds made I4s to 17s 3d, and up to 18s 6d for extra prime. Half bred wethers and maiden ewes 13s to 15s. Crossbred ewes from 9s to 13s 9d. Merino wethers from 9s to 10s 4d ; merino ewes 8s 4d. In store sheep hoggets made 8s 9d, and a nice line of two-tooths Us 5d to 11s 9d. Fat cattle. —There was a small entry, and eager competition, prices ruling quite as high as last week. In store and dairy cattle there were small entries, and little or no business doing.
