FOOTBALL.

The team to represent Kaikoura against Waiau, in the match on Saturday next, is to be chosen on Thursday.

The Secretary of the K.CF.C. notifies that the match will be played on the Recreation Ground (opposite Mr Robertshaw's residence), and that a charge of 6d will be made for admission, the proceeds to be devoted to the ground improvement fund.

A complimentary dauce is to be given in the Masonic Hall in the evening. Tickets are obtainable from Mr D. Haswell, Secretary.
