A Vexed Question

LONDON, Jan 24 Marquis of Ripon promised Agents General that he will submit report of N. S. Wales Parliamentary Committee on Costa Rica Packet case to Crown Law Officers, and ask them to reconsider matter.

claims of captain and crew of Costa Rica Packet to proper reparation. Sir 8. Samuel put case in a most forcible light. Sir T. Sanderson, Assistant Secy, to Foreiffn Office, who was in attendance, stated Crown Law Officers considered owners and crew had no claim, and it would be a mistake to advance demands which could not be sustained.
