Civil War in Samoa.
AUCKLAND, Oct 31 There were no signs of hostilities at Samoa when the Upolo left. Those on board were surprised when they were told that 11.M.5. Ringarooma had been oruered away.
Samoa Times of October 1 expresses belief that rumours of war are nothing but empty sound. Tamasese’s followers contemplated attack on Mataafa tribes recently, but abandoned it because the Tuamasaga natives would not assist.
