, THE INAN&HUA COUNTY COUNCIL, ITTHEREASJthe Inangahua Countt w Council, at a meeting held on the Ist day of Augpst, 1877, pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 107 of the 1 Counties ct, J1876, and in exercise of *be same, ana of all other powers in this behalf them enabling, resolved that a GENERAL /RATE on all Rafcsable Property witflin the said County, for carrying into! effect the general purposes of the said jAct, should be made and levied in accordance with the provisions I of the said A(Jt, and of " The Eating Act, J 1876." And (whereas, in and by the said j resolution tile Council resolved that the said Rate s tould be made and leried as ' aforesaid for the period of one year from 4he day of th > making and levying thereof, and should ie paid in one sum, and that the amount af such rate should be the sum of ONE SHILLING in the POUND oJ the values of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Eoll now in Force in the County aforesaid. Notice therefore is hereby given- pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act that the Aid Council on THURSDAY, the 16th day of August, now instant, intend to malle and levy such Eate, and to order and dilecfc that the amount thereof shall be the Sum of One Shilling in the Pound on theivalues aforesaid ; that the said Eate shall! bo for the period of One Year from tha date of the making and levying thereof,! and shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBER.mow next ensuing.
