A, curious document waa found a few days since on the Timaru Beach, near the Timaru. Landing and Shipping Company's office, in tbe shape of a charge sheet of the convict station at Eingal, in Tasmania, of the year 18-5„ wherein three convicts named Henry Smith, George Flaxton, and Thomas Davis were charged , with disobeying orders. It is signed " Wm.' pranks Visiting Magistrate," and is still clean an fresh, although 33 years old.
