While our column* will be ope* at atttkm to the discussion of matters of Uffiti*oto public interest, it will be dearly understood that we are in no way whatever- identified with the view* of our correspondents. In order to avoid future annoyance, we detire to state definitely that, under no eit't*m» stance whatever will our Court reports be curtailed or withheld. All correspondence intended for inmtion in this column must be accompanied by the real name of the writer, merely at aguaf ontee of good faith, Lett** to the Edtor must be enclosed in am envelope and left at the ofjke not later than 11 a.m. on the day preceding publication. No verbal communication will be held with correspondent* in reference to their communications, a* intimation of the acceptance or rejection of letter* can only be given t» the regular wtte throtfh the paper.
