AUCKLAND GENERAL LABOURERS.

AND THAT SECRET BALLOT.

At a meeting held in the Trades Hall today (Friday), a secret ballot was taken on the question of continuing the strike. The result was an overwhelming majority in favour of standing solid for the strike. The actual voting was 336 for the continuance of the strike, 26 for resumption, and 4 informal (spoiled).
