“I’M FIFTY TO-DAY!”
A SILLY OLD WOMAN. The “ New Zealand Herald ” had a special issue on Thursday to celebrate its fiftieth birthday. Ah, me I Fifty years of it ( !) We regret that we cannot shake our hoary contemporary by the hand, as we contemplate a daily issue of the “ 1.U.” Our motive is purely philanthropic— we hope to displace the “Herald" for the sake of the general public.
