SOCIAL NOTES
Mrs Wilfred Cropp of Manga tarata has left for a holiday to ibe spent with her grandmother, Mrs Godkin, of Mt. Eden, Auckland. Mrs 'Geoffrey Bentley with her two small daughters has been staying with her mother, Mrs G. Walker, of Waitakaruru. She is to make her home in Auckland after being in Christchurch for some time.
Miss Moya McKenney who has been infant mistress at the Waitakaruru School since 1942 has received word of her appointment as infant mistress at the Paeroa District High School. Mrs Challis and her small son Barry of Auckland, are spending a holiday in Kerepeehi as the guests of her sister, Mrs J. Shilton Jr,
Mrs L. Mclndoe of Kaihere who has been staying with her daughter at Hamilton, has now returned to her home. Mrs A. J. McDonald of Kaihere has been visiting Auckland. ®
