WINTER OUTLOOK NOT BRIGHT “It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up our stocks of coal as although a certain amount is ordered we never* receive anything like as much as required. We have very little in reserve and prospects of increasing our stocks towards the extra winter shift do not look .bright,” reported the engineer, Mr J. Hogan, to the meeting of the Thames Hospital Board cn Tuesday.
