SOCIAL NOTES
Miss- Beryl Rountree, daughter of Mr and Mrs Rountree of Mangatarata has left the nursing staff of the Thames Hospital, and is staying at home on holiday before talcing up duty in Auckland. Miss V. Burling, Kerepeehi, is visiting Auckland for a few days. Mrs .S. Gibb, of South Canterbury (formerly Sister Greenall, of the Middle East Forces), is visiting Mr and Mrs H. A. Hamilton, of Paeroa. Miss Elsie Meston of “Bellblock,” New Plymouth, has 'been the guest of Mr and Mrs H. H. Hicks of Turua.
