ARM BROKEN

ACCIDENT AT TURUA MR A. J. HEASMAN INJURE© When he tried to stop a cow entering a bail Mr A. J. Heasman of Turua had his arm broken in three places on Tuesday morning. It seems that Mr Heasman put ‘his arm in front of the cow to stop it running into the bail ibut the cow took no notice of the obstruction and in forcing a passage broke Mr Heasman’s arm which was caught against the wood-work in the bail. Mr Heasman is at present an inmate of a hospital in Thames.
