JOCKEYS TO COMPETE PAEROA HARRIER CLUB PROGRAMME ON WEDNESDAY On Wednesday evening next the Paeroa Harrier Club will conduct another weekly sports meeting on the Paeroa Domain, commencing at 5.40 p.m. A special attraction of the evening will be a jockeys’ 100yds. race. This event, is causing great interest and a great race should be witnessed. The usual relay races will ibe run and the enthusiasm shown by the teams suggests another great contest. ■ • The championship events for-Wed-nesday are. junior two miles and 1 senior broad jump.
