SNAKE FOOT IN LENGTH SOLDIERS WATCH FEAT A recent, issue of Kiwi News, whhb circulates to members of the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force in the Pacific, contains a story of a colony nf ants which dragged 1 away a small snake, about a foot. long, that a New Zealand soldier luul killed. The snake was left, on the path in front, of the soldier's tent while he wont to mess. When he returned it had' disappeared. It was found again in some rocks bordering the path and an army of ants was trying to drag it farther away. The truth of the story was l vouched for by a number of men.
