PERSONAL
Mr G. L. Laurenson, Commissioner of Transport and Dominion Oil Fuel Controller visited Paeroa over the week-end. Pte. J. Hands spent his week-end leave in Kerepeehi as the guest of Mr and Mrs P. G. Pearce. Mr Malcolm Morrison of Hikutaia, is visiting Matawai. Mr G. Hire, of Hikutaia, is an inmate of the Thames Hospital where he underwent an operation. Pte. Norman Speers of Thames was the guest of Mr and Mrs G. McGregor of Hikutaia during the weekend.
