SAPPER COLIN McKAIN FUNCTION AT NETHERTON ' The Netherton Hall was well patronised on Wednesday evening last to welcome home Sapper Colin McKain who has been overseas. The Paeroa Melody Makers supplied the music. After supper Mr J. A. Reid welcomed Spr. McKain back to Netherton and presented l him with a gift from the people of the district. Spr. McKain suitably replied thanking everyone for their presence and gift. The Monte Carlo was won by Miss Dawn Johnson and partner.
