LADIES’ GOLF
CLUB HANDICAP RESULT DRAW FOR (SATURDAY The Canadian foursomes played last Saturday by the Paeroa Ladies’ -Golf Club was won by Mrs Carroll and Mrs Jennings. The final of the Club Handicap was played on Wednesday and after a very close contest Mrs C. W. Lewis defeated Mrs J. Old at the 19th. On Saturday, September 4 the match will 'be an L.G.U. and the third, round, of the Rose Bowl. The draw is as follows:—Mrs J. Old v. Mrs Ripley; Mrs Shaw v. Mrs L. Jones; Mrs G. Bain v. Mrs S. T.
