Release of Machinery
In the course of his report to the August meeting of the Piako County Council the engineer, Mr B. H. Horner said that he had applied to the Aerodrome Construction Branch of the Defence Forces for the release of the council’s 40 h.p. tractor and scoop. He added that the machinery was -urgently needed for road maintenance work. His action was approved Jby the council.
