INSPECTOR FOR PENINSULA MR R. H. C. CHRISTIE APPOINTED Advice that Mr R. H. C. Christie of Thames had been appointed by the Department of Agriculture as inspector of stock and noxious weeds
and would discuss the question of nokious weeds with the council when next in Coromandel was received at the August meeting of the Coromandel County Council. Cr. E. M. Minifie stressed the urgency of gorse eradication and destruction, particularly over in his riding.
