APPOINTMENTS MADE
COMMITTEE IN TE AROHA REHABILITATION AFFAIRS The National Rehabilitation Board has advised Mr James Thorn, M.P-., that it has now approved the appointment of a Te Aroha committee of the following members:— Local Authority representative.— Mr L. C. Mackie, Mayor of’ Te Aroha. R.S.A—Mr L. -C. Russell, president R.S.A., Te Aroha. Organised Labour representative.— Mr C. -C. Arthur. Business or Farming representative.—Mr D. J. Burgess. W.W.S.A. representative.—Miss C. W. Clarke. The board further advises Mr Thom that as member for the district he wiß be a member -of the committee ex-offi-cio, and that the postmaster, Mr R. Fryer, will act as secretary to the corrimittee.
