WIN FOR MARRIED MEN SINGLE MEN BEATEN 25 TO 8 A rugby match was played on the Coromandel Domain on Saturday, July 31 between the married and single men. There was a large attendance of spectators and it was voted to be the best game seen in Coromandel this season. The score Resulted in a win for the married men, 25 to 8. CURTAIN-RAISER COROMANDEL v. KENNEDY BAY A curtain-raiser was played by the Coromandel v. Kennedy Bay School children and resulted in a win for Coromandel, the score being 24 to 3.
