WANDA McKAY’S CAREER FILM STAR’S HISTORY Wanda McKay began her career as a model and her face was seen on billboards throughout the country in advertisements for a popular cigarette. She was featured many times on magazine covers as a typical American girl. Then, after winning a contest, she was adopted by Transcontinental and Western Air Lines, Inc., as the air line’s official model hostess. Brought to the attention of Hollywood through her '“Miss Americ r u Aviation” title, Wanda was signed . y Paramount and has appeared in a number of pictures.
