PLEASANT PARTY

FUNCTION AT K EREP EEH I MR & MRS PEARCE ENTERTAIN A very pleasant party was held at the residence of Mr and Mrs P. G. •Pearce, Kerepeehi, on Saturday evening in honur of Miss J. Pearce and Mesdames Boot and Lendrom of Hamilton. Recitations by Mrs Wishnowsky and Mr Morrison were greatly appreciated. Solos rendered by Mr Morrfeon were very popular while community singing to the early hours helped to pass

away a very happy- evening.

A delicious supper was served by the hostess, Mrs P. G. Pearce. Among those present were Mesdames Boot, Lendrum (Hamilton), E. Fiaher (Netherton), Nicholls (Netherton), R. Wishnowsky, E. R. Stansell, F. Bartley, T. Jordan, W. Kidd, Laverick, J. Sarjant. Misses J. Pearce (Hamilton), N. Taylor.
