DAIRIES AT MORRINSVILLE STORES IN KEEN DEMAND The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, report that at their weekly stock sale held at Morrinsville on Friday there was a small yarding of fat sheep, with a few pens of store wether hoggets. Late rates were maintained. A good entry of breeding ewes included a large number of 2-th. ewes in lamb to Romney and Southdown rams. Competition was not keen but several pens changed hands. Older sheep were dull of sale. Higher prices were paid for a small entry of fat cows. Boner cows were also penned in smaller numbers and values were very firm.
