DELINQUENT TAXPAYER NO RETURN OF INCOME A fine of £2 with costs on each of three charges of failing to furnish a return of income was imposed on John O’Sullivan, hotel-keeper, of Coroglen, Coromandel (Mr W. J. King), in ; the Magistrate’s . Court on Friday by Mr S. L. Paterson, ,S.Mi. For the Commissioner of Taxes, Mr H. T. Gillies said, that defendant had failed to furnish a return for the last three years. The offences were admitted.
