PRICES RISE AT KOPU SALE BONERS ALSO KEENLY SOUGHT There was a medium entry of cattle and pigs with a steady demand throughout at the sale held at Kopu by Messrs Dalgety and Company last week. z Fat cattle realised up to £6 8s 0d; medium fat, £5 15s to £6 and light £5 to £5 10s. Boners were again in keen demand, realising to £4 6s; lighter, £3 10s to £3 18s. Store cows brought from 30s to £2 15s. Store pigs were in very keen demand, showing an upward tendency, a big rise in late rates being recorded. Porkers again, met a ready market and sold to- schedule rates. Medium choppers, made to £3 15s; light porkers, £2 16s to £2 19s; store pigs, 22s to 38s; weaners, 10s to 13s 6d.
