PROTEST MADE TO COUNCIL MATTER TO BE INVESTIGATED At the May meeting of the Coromandel County Counfeil a letter fH received from Mrs Hamlin with regard to her request for a track to be cleared into her property at the head of the Whitianga river which at present had no access except by water, She stated that she had not seen or heard anything of the engineer or Mr Minifie who were deputed at a previous council meeting to investigate the route into her property and further report to the council. She asked that the matter be again brought before the council as the matter was urgent. It was left with the engineer and Cr. Minifie to inspect and report.
