TRAFFIC CONTROL IN PAEROA OFFENCES TN THE BOROUGH Thirty-seven warnings, for various traffic offences were issued during the period February, March and April and bne traffic offence notice for , failing to keep to the left was issued, reported Traffic Inspector R. B. Doggett to Thursday night’s meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council. The report, added:— “Six applicants for drivers’ licences were tested during the quarter and' one failed to pass but has since been' re-tested and has now passed the required test. “I attended one fire during the quarter and carried out control of the traffic and public in the vicinity. “One heavy vehicle was weighed and found correct and one permit was issued for extra width load.”
