Good acceptances have been received' for the Poverty Bay Turf Club’s Winter Meeting at Te Aroha on Saturday next. The Junction Hack Handicap will be divided into two separate races.
Horses which may receive support may include the following:— Herriesville Hack and Hunters’ Hurdles, about 13 miles—Town Survey, Royal Jay, Skyette. Nursery Handicap, of 6 furlongs. —Constitution, Atatu, Linbury. First Junction Hack Handicap, of 6 furlongs.—Verus, Exeter, Gratify. Second Junction Hack Handicap, of 6 furlongs.—Skydonna, Century, Foxbrae.
