GOOD MORRINSVILLE DEMAND

DAIRY STOCK KEENLY SOUGHT

The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company Limited report that at their weekly stock sale held at Morrinsville on Friday a medium yarding of all classes of sheep came forward, values in all sections being firm at recent quotations.

A medium entry of beef met a ready sale with values fully maintained. A full yarding of boner and store cows also sold freely with weighty cows in strong demand. t A medium yarding -of dairy cattle, including the advertised herd, came forward, and attracted a full bench of buyers. Competition for good quality young cows and heifers was keen, but poorer and aged sorts were not keenly sought. ■ A medium yarding of all classes of pigs was penned. Baconers and porkers remained firm at recent late rates while stores and weaners were ih demand, a ■ good sale resulting. Choppers also sold well.
