CARD EVENING
FUNCTION HELD AT TURUA £l5/11/- FOR PATRIOTIC FUND A very successful card evening at which £l5 Us was raised for the Patriotic Fund was organised by Mesdames A. Simonds and K. Moffat and held in the Turua Buildings recently. Mrs Glasgow was the winner of the ladies’ prize while Mr 'D. Glas-gow-was the most successful man.
A plenteous supper brought an enjoyable evening to a close.
