“Elder Brothers”

The hope that the men whb, returned from the present war joined the old Returned Services Association or if a new organisation was to be supported it co-operated very closely with the R.S.A. was expressed by Mr J. H. Bartlett at the annual meeting of the Paeroa branch and was warmly approved by the members present. As the president expressed it: “Let the ex-Diggers of the last war act as elder brothers to the men returning from the present conflict.”
