HAURAKI LODGE
COROMANDEL ODDFELLOWS FORTNIGHTLY MEETING HELD The fortnightly meeting of the Hauraki Lodge was held in the lodgeroom, Coromandel, on Monday, April 12. The N.G., Bro. V. Powley, presided over a good attendance of members. 1
The sick visitors’ reports proved, satisfactory.
After the meeting closed a social', time was spent. A tasty supper was; provided by the hostesses for the evening, Sisters June Notman anjd Melva Keyte.
During supper birthday greetings were accorded to Bro. Noel Strongman. The NjG. also welcomed L.A.C. Alan Young, who was a guest of the lodge at this social side of the evening.
Dancing, 500 and other games were indulged in, when a second supper brought the evening to a close.
